Tasting Notes

Late evening sunshine warming autumn leaves in Central Park, golden copper hues dancing with shadows.

Rich, opulent notes of honeycomb and golden raisins promise age and maturity, whilst fresh red apples covered in grated nutmeg and soft sweet notes. Fresh vanilla and light Parma violet floral notes provide youthful zest to maintain the balanced complexity of this whisky.

Elegant, medium bodied, immediate soft cracked black pepper
fading swiftly to waves of layered sweetness, caramelised pineapple, sugared almonds, toasted coconut with warm toffee. Self-confident and vibrant, but never overpowering.

Creamy, soft oak notes with a long lingering finish. A truly Bohemian experience!
